The primary job of the runner is to accurately deliver food from the kitchen to the guest.  Runners are also expected to assist the servers in helping to ensure excellent customer service.  Runners are expected to be available for work on nights, weekends, and holidays in accordance with hiring guidelines and company policy

Responsibilities

• Delivers food, alcohol, beverages, and other items to guests effeciently throughout the movie
• Assists servers with guest needs, including silverware and condiments
• Clears tables distraction free throughout the movie using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
• Cleans and sets up auditoriums after movie ends
• Prepares and maintains runner station at drink expo line
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Supports other areas of the operation as necessary, including setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
• Ensures communication procedures are effective and efficient on day to day basis, so that service standards are not compromised
