Job Description
Servers are responsible for service of food and/or beverage to include order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items, in a high-volume environment. Servers assist with guests needs so they have an enjoyable expeirience.
Responsibilities

Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains any specials and/or promotions for guest awareness

Provides food and beverage service to guests using our core values as a benchmark to exceed guest expectations

Answers questions about menu items while making recommendations upon request
-
Verifies guests that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age
-
Clears tables distraction free throughout the film using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware

Exit greets each guest at the end of the movie

Cleans auditoriums and service areas during and after the movie
-
Ensures communication procedures are effective and efficient on day to day basis, so that service standards are not compromised
Requirements
-
Must be 18 years of age or older
-
Possess a current Texas Food Handler Card and TABC certificate
-
Prefer a minimum of 2 years of previous serving experience in a high volume environment

Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
-
Exceptional verbal communication skills required

Ability to multi-task, wait on multiple guests in excess of 30 and be detailed in your efforts

Work in a fast paced environment and stay calm under pressure

Take direction and work in a team environment

Ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time

Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized
